In March 2025 ING's COO Risk Leon Dusée accompanied by Head of Implementation Karina Bernadska gave a lecture on risk and their end-to-end (E2E) testing and onboarding pipeline. The speakers were supported by UT alumni now working at ING Jaap Beltman, Sebastian Goldmann, Dyon Kok, and Stijn van der Pol. The lecture described three key COO Risk programs within ING: Environmental Social Governance (ESG), Credit Model Implementation (CMI), and Basel IV.
